We are located on 40 beautiful acres conveniently located near the DFW metro-plex, Tyler, and Waco.

Venue 31 Weddings and Events is a full-service wedding venue that provides a stunning location to host your wedding ceremony and reception, plus the rehearsal dinner, and accommodate guests on-site before or after the wedding. You and the wedding party have full access to the property for up to 12 hours among the outdoor ceremony space, reception hall, and custom home.

Venue 31 Weddings and Events was designed with our clients in mind. We strive to provide a level of service that allows are clients to enjoy the wedding and event planning process. We provide tools, an on-site event coordinator, and planning assistance with all our events. We offer flexible pricing and package options to ensure that your perfect day is exactly that…perfect!

Facilities and Capacity

Venue 31 Weddings & Events accommodates a variety of wedding sizes from 50 to 300 guests. For outdoor ceremonies, you can say "I do" at Water’s Edge, overlooking a serene private lake, luscious greens, and mature trees. After the ceremony is over, the state-of-the-art reception hall, the Venue, is just a short walk away. This stunning space feels modern yet welcoming in design with beautiful dark wood beams, tall ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the natural and wooden landscapes. There is indoor and outdoor space in the Venue along with a 1,500-square-foot covered veranda where you can host a cocktail hour before your guests move inside for the reception. There is a professional catering kitchen and built-in restrooms for convenience. The Residence is spacious and includes a beautiful bridal suite and large separate groom's quarters. There is ample parking on-site with valet and a shuttle service available. Venue 31 is also wheelchair accessible.

Services Offered

Venue 31 Weddings & Events provides all-inclusive planning packages as well as à la carte options based on your wedding needs and style. The event coordinator meets with you to plan out your wedding timeline and details for the big day. On the day of the wedding, staff will set up the spaces just as you discussed, and an on-site coordinator will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. There is a variety of decor including centerpieces, banquettes, serving decor, black metal farm chairs, ghost chairs, and lanterns that are available for you to use. Beautiful Chiavari chairs and either round or rectangle tables are provided along with the other following items:

The Private Residence is a 3,500-square-foot custom home that sleeps eight and is available during the duration of the wedding festivities. This spacious home boasts the get-ready rooms, a family-sized gourmet kitchen, and a landscaped pool terrace with an outdoor entertainment area.
